The Great Outdoors!

Paul and I went camping with Uncle Steve. It's the first time we've been able to get out to the mountains as a family this Summer. We went to an area in Duchesne by the Swift Creek and Little Yellowstone rivers. Paul and Steve had a fun time flying fishing while I spent the majority of my time reading A Train to Potevka. Paul's Dad gave it to us a couple of years ago to read, and I was just now able to sit down and read!! Paul said that this camping trip was the first time we ate such great food. I think we owe that in big part to the skillet breakfasts Steve made for us - yummy!! We cut our second day a little short because we woke up to rain, but we still had a great time and can't wait to do it again next year!!

To make good on a tag from my niece Kenya,
I'll share part of the book with you,
"I stood momentarily frozen, watching the twelve-inch stiletto get ever closer."

A happy fisherman and his dog, Scuba!

Steve!

I couldn't turn the pages fast enough!

I love the shirt you are wearing in the top photo with your doggie. Wherever did you get it? LOL!! I am so jealous. We haven't had time to do much camping this year.
