We went out to dinner downtown at Settebello to eat yummy pizza and say "au revoir" to Nate. He's getting ready to start pharmacy school soon, and I know Paul is really going to miss working with him at the Red Cross. We had a lot of fun laughing at all of the funny things Nate says and that one time he let one slip during a work meeting in a tiny office. Apparently, it was eye watering!

Fishing
Paul has been on several fishing trips since graduating, and Memorial Day weekend was spent, once again, fishing! I didn't mind because it's fun for Paul, fun for the dogs to run wild, and fun for me to sit and read a book. One thing I love about Paul fishing is that he keeps a running total of how many fish he's caught and can tell you on command, and he will always show me the fish he's caught if I'm within view. He's funny!
ReAL Salt Lake
I didn't think I would ever say this, but it was actually fun to go to a ReAL Salt Lake game. We went over the Memorial Day weekend with our friends Floraly, Pedro, and Miguel. It was fun going with them because they are soccer fans and got into the game.
Mark's Graduation
My little brother Mark graduated from Emery High School. Yaaahhoooo!!! We had a fun time going home to see the family for the day and cheering Mark on has he crossed the stage and tossed his hat in the air.
Earlier that day, Paul helped my Mom feed the cows on the farm. He wasn't wearing his wranglers, but he did a pretty good job tossing the bales of hay off the wagon. Yeee Haaawww!!!
If Only I had Thumbs!
My dear, sweet, little boy Dave never ceases to crack me up! The other day, I had some leftover pizza that I was throwing out while cleaning the house. I set it out on the back steps to take to the trash when I went with the rest of the garbage. Dave followed me out and sat by the box forever sniffing it, watching it, and finally laid down after having no way of opening it but not wanting to walk away. He's a boy after my own heart!

Goldilocks
I completed my first organized bike ride in May, which was due in part to my great riding partner Kara. It was a 60-mile ride around the valley with 600 other ladies. I was really nervous the entire time we were training for it, but we did a great job and were able to finish despite the wind that I swear we were riding against in every direction. I got a sweet tan line on my legs, the satisfaction of finishing, and a new digital camera from my company for winning "The Most Impressive Feat" in their May Wellness Committee active contest. Paul and the boys were my support team and encourage me at several spots along the course. It made me feel so loved to have them cheering me on!! I also owe a BIG hug to Paul for getting me a new bike seat for my birthday. My bottom wouldn't have lasted without it!!
Graduation!
No more parking passes, text books, night classes, homework, group assignments, credits, tuition, tests, or finals because Paul has graduated!! I am so proud of Paul for all of his hard work the past several years. He is so amazing, and I can't believe he's finally a graduate from Utah State University! I'm really not sure who's more excited, me or him, but it so fun to have him done. We had a fun party with a few friends and family to celebrate his big accomplishment. Thanks again for everyone who came, it was great to see all of you!
Happy Birthday Harold
Our dirty, little Hairy is now 30! He invited us to celebrate his big day with him at the at the very classy Sue Rich Lanes. If you're not familiar with this establishment, then you need to be! Besides celebrating Hairy's birth, it was so awesome to be with all of those (Sam!) that I have beat on the lanes. It was also awesome to bowl a 188, my personal best! Don't ask me how I did it, I guess it was just the drive to not let Paul win. Thanks again for inviting us, Hairy, we wish you a happy 30!
