Camping & Fishing

Having a calling in Young Mens means camping trips are always easy to come by. Paul was able to take Steve with him on the camp out to the Salt Flats back in March. Steve had a great time playing fetch with the boys and even got some leftover scrambled eggs for breakfast.

Paul also spent a Saturday in March fishing. In my opinion, it's still too cold for fishing so I opted to stay home with Dave while Steve and Paul braved the cold. Paul's trip was a success as he caught several fishes.

Warm Weather = Road Biking

On the warm spring evenings, Paul has been going out on his road bike. He loves it, and I love to see him ride. I can't wait until I can get back on my bike this summer.

Hooked on Crocheting

All of the ladies at work started a crocheting club. One of my co-workers Terry has been crocheting for years and agreed to teach all of us. She is a really good teacher and doesn't let us get away with making mistakes or being sloppy. We always joke that Terry will give you a "smack down" if you're not doing it right. We love her, and we're all addicted to crocheting. I've completed a scarf and blanket, and now I'm working on a beanie and booties for Evan.

Baby Shower

My friend Kara was so nice and threw me the best baby shower. I had so much fun seeing all of my friends and celebrating little Evan. Kara had every detail covered and her house and the food were so cute. I can't thank everyone enough for coming and for being such great friends!
